Everything is usually pretty easy to set up and edit. Makes adding new features to our site a breeze! When I do run into an issue customer service help desk is great! You can easily talk to real people who are friendly and understand how to fix issues quickly. My chats often get send to Tom and he's wonderful.

the app offers a lot of great features covering what Shopify does not offer, easy to use, no code needed, clear instruction docs provided. Even when you come across difficulties, their knowledgable dev and CS team are super responsive and helpful. Rebuy def. make us sell more!

Really great app with so many useful widgets. Not only does it help boost AOV, but it improves our overall website experience. Customer support is always happy to help with any questions or customizations. Dante has been a great rep and I've really enjoyed working with him.

Loved working with Maria! We are on a headless site and were experiencing many issues with Rebuy. Maria remained dedicated and had multiple calls with us (and our developers) in order to get everything functioning as it should. She's the only reason we remained on Rebuy during all the issues. We were very lucky to have her as our rep.

Diana, Jason, and Tom are amazing! As we continue to leverage all the powerful features that Rebuy offers, I’ve needed quite a few tutorials and support assistance. Their team has been incredibly proactive, quick to respond, and always willing to share detailed explanations so I can learn as they help implement new features. They make the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they’re also an absolute pleasure to chat with. Five stars all the way!

The help I received from technical support was spot on when I had an issue after updating my theme. The Rebuy app has also increased sales in our shop.

Rebuy has a lot of functions. They pitched and sold me on their service and "Launch" package and after spending all that money, we found out our skus were not compatible. It was a frustrating experience but their customer relations people reached out and offered a refund - which makes all the difference. We're going to try and see if we can rebuild our checkout cart so it's compatible with Rebuy in the future.

Rebuy has been a great app although a little confusing as it does so many things for our Shopify store. They've always had great support. Today I spoke with Steven and he guided me exactly where I needed to go. Will for sure recommend this app to people and the support plays a HUGE role in that.

We've been with Rebuy for about a month now and have already seen a MASSIVE ROI. I highly recommend this app for people who are looking to set up complex bundle offers and have their Cart, PDP, checkout, and post-purchase up/cross-sells all in one platform.
