Rebuy is comprehensive enough to customise our cart ourselves in 90% of cases, but for the rest 10% of edge cases or that extra bit of custom functionality Rebuy has a fantastic support team. They will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and you will learn things along the way. I wish they had a more comprehensive docs and for that I am taking off the 6th star. Sorry Rebuy, only 5 stars for you this time ;)

This app is amazing, but also the team behind it always goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. We have requested so many edits on our widgets, and they have gladly made them all. Definitely would recommend it to increase the AOV with all the different widgets. Tip: get the package that includes customization! amazing!

Really good customer service! They always reply super fast and take every request very serious. I've had all my request solved so far! Would definitely recommend.

I've said it before but I'll say it again - these guys are ROCKSTARS. You, Colton, Steven, Moe, Cody...The support team are great!
Not to mention, we've increased our AOV by over 25% by installing this app and customizing it to its tippy-top features. Our website looks more slick and sophisticated with these advanced features and I love the customizability.

Rebuy has helped us greatly in streamlining and automating our cross-selling and upselling functionalities across many different areas of our site, in an effort to increase AOV and UPT's. The platform is user friendly and algorithms are easy to build, edit, and tweak without any dev intervention. From the get-go Rebuy has been an incredible partner. They completed our onboarding on Black Friday in less than 24 hours. Our CSM, Max Trummer, is truly the best of the best. He's incredibly hands-on and is always suggesting ways that we can increase our ROI. Rebuy is constantly rolling out new features and their technology has proved to be invaluable for personalization, up-sell/cross-sell and just recently- search optimization.

We recently started using ReBuy and have liked the results, but our merchant success manager is why we now LOVE it. Rich Matukaitis (our MS manager) has helped us optimize our ReBuy functions on our site to drive more revenue. He is always there to answer our questions and better explain new features coming out that are relevant to our business.

Hi, ok let's write a review so maybe someone from support will answer me. I would like to have my money back for the charge made from January 16th to February 15th 2024 when the application wasn't even installed. Enough explanations on how the price is calculated.
