Rebuy consistently proves to be a huge revenue driver for us. Our CSM Monica has gone above and beyond in supporting our BFCM promotions. I can't credit her enough. I would recommend this app to any store looking for better product recommendations and upsell opportunities.

I've just started optimizing my journeys with Rebuy, which has been a great experience. The functionality and capabilities of this app are well thought out and allow me to condense a lot of my workflow into one app.

The support team and onboarding team is the highlight of this review. Dante was informative and highly knowledgeable. Jeffrey, through the chat app, took care of some fixes promptly. I highly recommend adding Rebuy to your arsenal.

Recently we had some issues with the Rebuy platform - an outage has happened. However, the Rebuy team is communicating with us and taking action. This is a solid approach and earns respect.

We have already seen an increase in AOV in a matter of a few weeks with Rebuy. We expect it to continue to rise as we enter our busy season. With the help of Aaron Dungca, I have been able to create reorder landing pages, post-purchase offers, AI & Smart Cart recommendations, and more. He has helped me make it a seamless process to upsell to customers and easier on the customer-facing end to find product recommendations! 10/10 would recommend.
