The staff at Rebuy is incredibly helpful, and their feature set is much deeper than is readily apparent.

They were incredibly accommodating to building us out customizations, and their upsell features are proving to be a vital part of our strategy.

We recently started using ReBuy and have liked the results, but our merchant success manager is why we now LOVE it. Rich Matukaitis (our MS manager) has helped us optimize our ReBuy functions on our site to drive more revenue. He is always there to answer our questions and better explain new features coming out that are relevant to our business.

You may find yourself having to custom code some things with this app (e.g., content positioning), but Rebuy support has generally been willing and able help with these tasks. Would like to see more built-in setup options in the future.

Really really good app, with a lot of in depth functionality. Great revenue generator! Their staff is also very responsive and helpful, i had a great experience with Moe who helped me out a lot!

Adding Rebuy to our business was an easy choice. The ROI has doubled since installing. We currently have the best successes with the in cart flyout widget that has been amazing at converting one time purchases to subscribers which data shows increases the lifetime value of a customer. The CSM i work with is always available and has useful insight.

Amazing customer service. Very happy with the team's willingness to help me with my requirements, even if it required new feature development. eg, I needed the recommendations to show my home currency and not USD and it was done literally overnight. Even less urgent issues, which had to do with look-and-feel elements, have been addressed and they ensured it was to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Rebuy is a game changer!! We were recommended to check them out from two separate sources. I only knew a fraction about what it did before, but once I spoke with Ian (from Rebuy) I realized that it would help us accomplish things that we've been trying to do for months (such as special sku/offer unlocks at specific cart sizes). Ian literally helped me strategize different upsells within minutes that will boost AOV, and helped me get up and running fast. Thank you Ian and Rebuy!
