An extremely valuable app. We are still under utilizing it realistically but it is still earnings its weight in gold. Shout out to Ian from Rebuy on stellar support during our launch and after. The whole team behind Rebuy is quite excellent and support is stellar.

The "Buy more, save more" feature has consistently been an exclusive offering for Shopify Plus, primarily because it requires access to scripts to ensure accurate discount implementation. This app has a lot to offer in terms of functionality, I had a few problems starting up but the team have been helpful and tried their best to help.

It's a good app but kind of hard to get into it and the only help is articles at most but if the articles don't solve your problem then you have a problem customer support is okay they need a little bit long for answering and mostly just send another article instead of really helping. But as I said, overall it's a good app after understanding it more. UPDATE: They reached out to me and explained why they answered so slowly and helped me to solve all my problems fast and competent, the app is still a little complicated at the beginning but with them helping everything goes well!

Worth it. So far so excellent. Support is A+. Installation was straightforward and there are a multitude of options offered for cross-sells and upsells. Look no further, these guys are moving in the right direction.

I'M BACK with a 5 month review -- This is essential in your app stack. Been using Rebuy for over 5 months now and not only have we substantially increased our AOV but the tools available allow for a high level of personalisation. The support is next level. I can’t speak positively enough about the team going above and beyond with any interaction I’ve had. Not just being nice - but being competent - massive win! Rebuy seems to continually put resources into building and creating a tool with even more capability for merchants. 6 on 5 stars for Tom & Gary. 100% would use again and again and again. Thanks Rebuy.

We have increased our AOV and the volume of items added to our customer checkouts through Rebuy. It is easy to use and their customer service team is quick and effective! They have even done several customizations for us. I highly recommend this app!
