We have been using Rebuy for a few years. It is an excellent app and the support has been great. We faced an issue recently after upgrading our theme and I'd like to personally thank Katie in the support team for going out of her way to solve this issue for us. She is a credit to the Rebuy team and testament to their commitment to providing excellent support for customers.

When I installed on my store, it did not work. It wasted two weeks of my time. The drawer cart is not compatible on every theme, in this case for our theme. On mobile browser, the drawer cart gets the entire page. I reached out to their team, they don't have an engineer to help. Their success team are wonderful, but they are not very good at coding or fixing behind the hood. Not recommending if you are using premium themes.

The app speaks for itself, world-class, but what really makes the difference is the CS. They are unbelievable. Quick response, they know their stuff and they are very willing to go in and make changes to your code to get the outcome desired. As someone who isn't a developer, it is invaluable. They have fixed and improved so many parts of our widgets fr me.
