Rebuy has been a dream come true for us! We previously had a cart similar to their 'smart cart' that was entirely custom / non dynamic. Keeping it updated was extremely difficult and overtime it degraded. I love that we can keep our cart fresh and easily swap out different promotions and widgets. I can easily say we've seen a boost in both AOV and CVR. I'm excited to integrate Rebuy with more areas of our site including PDPs, homepage, etc. Also big shout out to Dante Maxwell for his incredible guidance and answers to my ever persistent questions! General chat support has been great as well, super fast and helpful.

Rebuy is such a game-changing app! There is so much value added once we integrated this on our website and it was such a light lift to integrate all the widgets we wanted. The onboarding went very smoothly and Rich, our Success Manager, has been a great asset to the support team!

Amazing app, the product recommendations with just the out of the box AI are extremely relative which has saved us a ton of time for our "you might also like" widgets. The smart cart has also been a very strong out of the box tool which allowed us to have more functionality for product upsells and has also boosted our conversion rate!

Good functionality straight out of the box and great personalised additions available through their in house dev team - Aaron worked with us closely to implement a bundles page and product page bundles to fit our theme, super helpful!

It's a fantastic app. It really helps us to increase our AOV.
Easy enough to customize the look & feel with a little bit of css.
Support for the set-up and day-to-day is great. We're really happy with Rebuy.

Sending a special shoutout to Janet and Aaron for helping us with a very tricky issue related to getting our bundles / discounts working with the SmartCart! It is obvious the team really cares about ensuring we are having the best experience with ReBuy and getting the most out of the app. While it's still too early to tell how this will impact the business / performance, it's a big upgrade from where we started and I'm confident the results will follow!
