Rebuy Personalization Engine

Rebuy has been a total game-changer for our store! Implementation was incredibly smooth. Once we had everything set up the initial wins started rolling in right from the get-go. The user-friendly design made it so easy to customize without any complicated setup or coding needed. On top of that, their support team is fantastic! We have had Rebuy for about a month and so far, I am happy with adding the app to my stores. The platform is a bit overwhelming at first, but our CSM, Lihuen, has been a huge help in setting up data sources and walking through different functionality and capabilities. We installed the app at the worst possible time (right before BFCM) but the Rebuy team was able to get us up and running in time. We have a couple glitches that need to get worked out, but I'm confident that with the help of Lihuen and the Rebuy team, we will have everything working smoothly soon.
