Had some trouble getting the calculation for the free shipping announcement bar to work. Got a response next day and chatted with support rep, who very quickly identified the issue. Highly responsive and knowledgeable customer support for this app!

One of the must have apps to add to your store. We are only a couple of weeks in and it has been a solid addition to our site. The support team has gone above and beyond to help us get set up. Strauss is a stud and has been awesome to work with. 100% recommend this app and the team behind it.
Rebuy is better than advertised. It's more than Shopify App - we work with their team constantly on customizing their features for our store. In this past month, they've also developed a brand new feature (subscription upgrade in cart) after we've expressed interest in this tactic. Hands down the best app and BEST SUPPORT TEAM I have ever encountered in Shopify (or probably anywhere else). These guys proved their worth 10x in the first week of having the app. That perfect 5.0 star rating you see is no joke. They hustle for that rating and it is SO appreciate.

It's a great app and customer support is very helpful. There is a big learning curve though, but if you put in the time to learn, it all makes sense and there is a ton of customization.
