Great product overall and will more than pay for itself in incremental revenue growth, which is what it promises to do so for that reason, I'm giving it 5 stars. There's some room for improvement on the tech support side, and I think there's an opportunity to build out more functionality based on user shopping behavior to trigger pop-up offers on-site. Overall, we're very happy with it though, and seeing a huge return. I would recommend using the algorithm to drive product recos rather than manually building recos, as the algorithm is much more efficient. Shout-out to our rep Ian who got us going. This is certainly an app every Shopify site should have, and the integration makes things easy.

Rebuy was recommended to me and I gave it a try, it is a great app for upsell and cross sell. The team at Rebuy was very helpful and they addressed all my enquires quickly. I highly recommend it
The Rebuy app is a great tool to help you increase your AOV by offering product recommendations, bundle ideas, post-purchase offers and so much more. Aaron and his team have gone above and beyond to help us customize the widgets and find the right placement on the site. Cant recommend Rebuy enough - it's def one of the best Shopify apps.

This has to be one of the best apps on the shopify app store. Not just for the power of Rebuy to upsell, cross sell and convert customers but also for the first class customer support that comes when you need help. I had reached out to the team with a minor issue and they where in constant contact with me until my concerns where resolved. had some issues when first installing the app, the products weren't syncing properly and were showing a corrupted file. but I contacted support and they fixed this very fast and were extremely apologetic! thanks for the help guys

Finally got this app installed to show upsells in our drawer cart/mini cart! Can't wait to see how it increases our AOV with the AI product recommendations.
Rebuy's team has been incredibly helpful and on top of their game. The slideout cart and pre-purchase upsell functionalities are effective and something we'll continue to experiment with.
Initially we had a rough start with the platform, but their support team was quite considerate enough and helped us throughout the entire installation process. We have been seeing some very good results after all the widgets were installed. We would definitely recommend trying the dashboard once.
