Terrific App. That said-- I don't think app is an appropriate definition for ReBuy; they are a must-have for any committed E-comm brand looking to scale.

Contacted the support as the smart cart doesn't work with the theme that is setup and after 5 days i am still waiting and nothing has been done. Even having access to my shopify they aren't contacting me anymore. Pretty disappointing as thats the only reason i haven't started my ads with a non working cart upsell. So now i will have to set everything up from scratch with a different app

Sorry for the poor experience! Our live chat support is only available M-F 9-5 EST and looks like we were in contact with you on Friday and then also touched base with you on Tuesday, our first day back in the office the following week (we take all US holidays off) with no response from you.

This is so powerful and integrates SO many of the features we've been wanting to implement. Downloaded this app and deleted about five others. Their support is super helpful too and quick to respond!

The customer support is top notch -- they really went above and beyond to help us get our smart cart looking how we wanted. And we're already seeing some great results with it!

A game-changer. If you do not have this product, you are leaving money on the table. Team is incredible, product is even better. Couldn't recommend more.

Caveat: we are still very new to this app so we will publish update once we have used it for longer. So far we are happy with the results. It seems to do what it claims to do. After a few initial difficulties, Rebuy support (Bradley in particular) really helped us get going. In the middle of our onboarding we heard that Rebuy has entirely overhauled their pricing structure but luckily we got in before that so we are grandfathered into the old pricing structure! If not for that a small business like us would not have been able to afford the new pricing. We are optimistic and excited about this app; let's see how it goes!

Very nice app! We have had it for 5 days and it already increased our AOV by 50%. Super helpful staff! Quick and friendly replies and are helping with everything! I can very much recommend!

currently has fulfilled 80% of the function i expected. Overall is good. The functions are super comprehensive which also means it takes more time than other app to set it up.

Rebuy is already making extra revenue for my store the first day I installed it. Straight forward to get up and running. UPDATE: This was supposed to be a 5 star review not 4... my mistake!
