It's the best app for upsells and cross-sells. It's pure conversion booster with a lot of amazing functionality, good design and great support. Everything so smooth and simple. We've experienced increases in CVR and AOV as a result of the Rebuy smart cart and upsell widgets. We use page builder on top of our shopify store and we were concerned with implementation. However, the Rebuy team was responsive and addressed all of our questions/asks in a timely manner. Aiman at Rebuy helped us with our implementation and made me confident that we were going to be set up for success.

I’ve been using Rebuy for my Shopify store, and I encountered a couple of significant issues that have affected my store's performance.

Initially, the post-purchase flow wasn’t working as expected due to an unsupported endpoint in the data source. Despite following the help articles and guidance from Rebuy’s support (Nam), the issue persisted longer than it should have. This feature is critical for my business, and the delayed resolution impacted the customer experience on my site.

More recently, after enabling Rebuy’s smart search feature, I encountered glitches that severely affected the store’s search functionality. I sent a video demonstrating the issue, but so far, support has only referred me to help documentation, rather than addressing the issue directly. This is frustrating as it occurred immediately after installing Rebuy, and I expected a more hands-on approach to resolving such critical functionality problems.

Rebuy has been a great tool for us at every step of the way. Our rep, Alison, is experienced, professional, determined and always willing to help us solve any issues we are having. Rebuy has truly been a game-changer for us and Alison is a HUGE part of that.

Adding more to the review here as we had some issues with a couple of our widgets and Steven from the chat messenger was so patient, hard working, and didn't give up until he found the solutions for both the issues we were having!

Rebuy, you have a great team on your hands!

Great solution and team - highly recommend. I've been working with Rebuy for almost a year now and will continue to do so happily for years to come if they keep doing what they're doing. Our Success Manager, Max, has truly added value to the business.

We've seen a stronger return each quarter and a lot of new features that actually work. The app is well integrated in our store and and apps. I'm looking forward to more customizations with our Tapcart mobile apps.

If you're already making money this will definitely make you more.
