By accident we noticed we had been paying for Rebuy for months, without even realizing we had approved these costs. We never logged into the app during that time. Pretty frustrating to see thousands of dollars wasted, since they charged based on order volume (we do about 5000 orders a month). Contacted Rebuy and Ian came back with a perfect solution, very happy with how it turned out. Will def start using Rebuy from now on.

Cannot review the app yet, since we didn't use it, but their support is great.

I would give this app, and their staff 10 stars, if I could. Incredibly easy to install and customers start reaping the benefits within moments as does our AOV. We set up the post purchase widget and tiered progress bar immediately and can't wait to really dive deep into the data sources to really customize more widgets. Christian has been AMAZING to work with, absolutely flawless. Every question we have had, every request, he has always answered promptly and really gone above and beyond for us. He has also provided us with several additional tools that will help us learn how to get even more out of Rebuy. This is easily the most valuable app that we have installed on Shopify at this time.

We have only been using Rebuy for a few weeks now, and I cannot speak more highly of the program and of the support team. The basic implementation of Rebuy was simple and made even easier by our AWESOME success manger, Janet. With her help, we have already seen a sizable lift in AOV in just this short time.

In addition to this, we first started using Rebuy during Black Friday… and during Thanksgiving dinner, I gave thanks to Janet for saving Black Friday. Due to the complexity of our store’s BFCM deals, Rebuy lacked some technical features needed to run said deals. Rather than taking that at face value, Janet worked with me up until Thanksgiving Dinner (literally) coming up with work arounds and solutions. I am THRILLED to say that thanks to Janet (and her lead Aaron!), we were able to get the all BFCM elements up and running, which led to our business having its biggest sales day in history. I cannot speak more highly of Janet’s her patience, deep understanding of Rebuy, and willingness to go above and beyond. And, Rebuy has been great :)

Worth it. So far so excellent. Support is A+. Installation was straightforward and there are a multitude of options offered for cross-sells and upsells. Look no further, these guys are moving in the right direction.

I'M BACK with a 5 month review -- This is essential in your app stack. Been using Rebuy for over 5 months now and not only have we substantially increased our AOV but the tools available allow for a high level of personalisation. The support is next level. I can’t speak positively enough about the team going above and beyond with any interaction I’ve had. Not just being nice - but being competent - massive win! Rebuy seems to continually put resources into building and creating a tool with even more capability for merchants. 6 on 5 stars for Tom & Gary. 100% would use again and again and again. Thanks Rebuy.

The smart cart is a great feature and the main reason we rate the app so highly. This feature is 100% worth it. With many SKUs it can be difficult for customers to know what else they should purchase, AI recommendations make it a simple process.

The post-purchase feature was recommended to us but needs improvement when it comes to tiered offers. For example, if a customer adds an item post-purchase and now hit the free shipping threshold it is not applied to their order creating customer service issues. This is a big deal for us as we want our customers to have the best experience possible on our site by getting offers they have qualified for.

Rebuy support overall is ok. They only have chat support and it is PST which is not great for us on the east coast. Most questions will happen first thing in the morning when there is 0 support. We prefer having a phone number to call where we can quickly resolve issues which is not the case with Rebuy. It can take many messages back and forth over a few hours to resolve issues/answer questions. Support is very helpful and tries their best to resolve issues, for us it's more of an issue when there is an urgent matter.

The platform itself is not super difficult to use but there is a lot you will miss without having someone to guide you. It was a bit of a struggle with figuring out best practices and setting up specific offers without reaching out to support. You can schedule a call with a team member to talk you through some features which I found to be VERY helpful. I would recommend doing this when you first get the app. Aiman was straight to the point and taught us what we needed to know to get started. Be prepared to put a decent amount of time into learning the ins and outs of this app.

Rebuy is one of the best apps on the Shopify app store. It integrates effortlessly and has amazing functionality. The best 'smart cart'/upsell/gift with purchase app by far. The support is absolutely amazing. I have dealt with Colton, Lam and Cameron and all have been extremely helpful and attentive. Cameron was very quick to respond and provide a solution to an issue we had with Rebuy clashing with another app.

Some may view it as expensive but you get what you pay for in an amazing app with an amazing support team. The fact that they also offer a free trial is amazing. Try out Rebuy on your store, you won't regret it!

Great product overall and will more than pay for itself in incremental revenue growth, which is what it promises to do so for that reason, I'm giving it 5 stars. There's some room for improvement on the tech support side, and I think there's an opportunity to build out more functionality based on user shopping behavior to trigger pop-up offers on-site. Overall, we're very happy with it though, and seeing a huge return. I would recommend using the algorithm to drive product recos rather than manually building recos, as the algorithm is much more efficient. Shout-out to our rep Ian who got us going. This is certainly an app every Shopify site should have, and the integration makes things easy.

RICH was an amazing help getting our cart up and running! I was a bit confused and after sending him an email he set up a call with me same day! He got me sorted that very same day, walked me through every aspect of the app, and worked with his team to get us fully launched the very same day (This all happened on a Friday). Very glad to be in capable, caring, and responsive hands. I would 100% recommend. I heard about Rebuy through a marketing group that I'm in, in which they are highly recommended.

I found Rebuy to be easy to implement, very intuitive, with seamless integration and almost no delay between changing things in Rebuy and seeing them implemented on our live site. I opened a chat support with a few early questions and that turned into a weeklong, ongoing chat with the same chat agent, Tom, where I fired dozens of questions about how to do certain things and how to implement desired setups. Between the chat support and help guides I was able to build out 10x more functionality with this in 3 days than I did with a previous upsell app over 9 months. I got responses from Tom at all hours of the day and night and rarely had any kind of delay in response. At certain points I sent a bulleted list of questions and got prompt and diligent follow-up on each one of my questions.

We're a small coffee roaster. ReBuy started paying for itself on day 2 of install and has been growing ever since. Because we're small, we need to manage the website and apps ourselves. Sometimes, with other apps, we've struggled to get any kind of help when needed. With ReBuy, they have been unbelievably hands on. A big shout out to Matt K. for walking me through a few suggested fixes to my initial set up. He was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and didn't rush me at all. He then followed up with a few additional resources via email. It was so nice to connect with a real person who obviously knew all the ins and outs, compared to just a chat system with an anonymous helper who often can't really fix the issue. 5 stars for ReBuy!
