We just downloaded the rebuy app during a very high-stress time. Aaron was beyond helpful and attentive! He helped get all of our widgets set up prior to black Friday. Great customer service, very excited to start utilizing this platform

Our fees were doubled without any explanation. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I found Rebuy to be easy to implement, very intuitive, with seamless integration and almost no delay between changing things in Rebuy and seeing them implemented on our live site. I opened a chat support with a few early questions and that turned into a weeklong, ongoing chat with the same chat agent, Tom, where I fired dozens of questions about how to do certain things and how to implement desired setups. Between the chat support and help guides I was able to build out 10x more functionality with this in 3 days than I did with a previous upsell app over 9 months. I got responses from Tom at all hours of the day and night and rarely had any kind of delay in response. At certain points I sent a bulleted list of questions and got prompt and diligent follow-up on each one of my questions.

Love Rebuy! I use it for both of my stores and it's been amazing. Jordan is a great help at getting it implemented on the site. Our AOV has increased. It's a no-brainer to have this app. It pays for itself. Nothing bad to say.
Rebuy started out awesome, but it has gotten so buggy, laggy, unpredictable and unreliable. It seems like every week we are fixing something, troubleshooting something, or digging up more issues specifically with rebuy. Hopefully they can get it working better, but as of now I would avoid it.

I would give this app, and their staff 10 stars, if I could. Incredibly easy to install and customers start reaping the benefits within moments as does our AOV. We set up the post purchase widget and tiered progress bar immediately and can't wait to really dive deep into the data sources to really customize more widgets. Christian has been AMAZING to work with, absolutely flawless. Every question we have had, every request, he has always answered promptly and really gone above and beyond for us. He has also provided us with several additional tools that will help us learn how to get even more out of Rebuy. This is easily the most valuable app that we have installed on Shopify at this time.

Installing this app is a non brainer if your goal is to increase AOV. The cherry on top is the level of support I have received from the Rebuy team. They absolutely rock! In a time where most support minimal, it's refreshing to receive support calls/chats with real people. Great app & great team!

We're using this app to help us with three different upsells/cross-sells on our site. I'm beyond happy that I found an app that seems to be able to complete all three! Beyond this, the app is very intuitive, has great analytics, and is easy to set up simple tasks. The best part is that their customer service team rocks! They're willing to help and explain anything.
