We are about to turn this app live on our site and we're super excited. This whole process has been very simple and smooth considering we have no tech person on our team. Aaron Dungca has been with us every step of the way and could not have been more knowledgeable, positive and helpful. He is incredibly responsive and patient and an amazing asset/representative of the company.

Amazing app and even better support. We have added a ton of revenue immediately once we properly set it up. It takes a little while to learn all of the features but it is very much worth the price. Isaac was a great help and got all of my small issues fixed. Thanks Rebuy team!

Rebuy is a phenomenal app. From SmartCart to dynamic bundles to loads of cross sell and up sell logic, Rebuy provides immense value to any savvy Shopify merchant.
When we've needed a little help or direction, Rebuy's Rich Matukaitis has been a rockstar. He is always available and super fast to respond with helpful tips, recommendations and general support. If you're a Shopify merchant that's not using Rebuy, you better have a good explanation as to why :)

Rebuy is a powerful tool that is a must-have for your store. From cross-selling, smart cart with rich in features, upselling and fully customizable widgets. Max Trummer is a top-notch and is knowledgeable in helping us and introducing some feature we don't have an idea about that can help our store conversion. Approachable and understand what we want to do with our store. Also kudos to Nam that is quick to response, solved and assist us implementing a script for our campaigns.

Must have Shopify app - end of story. Increase AOV, conversions, and UX. Support team was super helpful as well!

The app alone is brilliant. It takes some getting used to just because it seems overwhelming at first. But the time you take to familiarize yourself will pay you back in spades. Also, I can't say enough about the support team. You can feel that they care. Every single person I have chatted with has been fantastic. They go above and beyond in every way.

The app is very intuitive and makes running campaigns quite easy. Matt and Suki are always amazing when troubleshooting all our questions and helping us leverage the platform to boost our AOV! Anytime we run into an issue - they're quick to respond and help out. Great addition to our app stack - they have thought of everything and are really receptive to feedback. A+

best app out there. i have a shirt from 1800 dtc, a company that interviewed me, and they gave me a shirt with the best shopify app stack and rebuy is included in that stack. Diana was amazing and helped me for 4 days straight on an important widget i was trying to implement that was really tricky to do. Thanks a million rebuy
update 1/18/23 - rebuy is still awesome. janet is a client success manager and she is fantastic. her and aiman have helped me through some custom stuff on my site and they are great
