Aiman Alamdy is an absolute beast!
Most reps will just respond to an inquiry with a ton of links with robust documentation on how the user needs to make the change. Aiman was able to get into the code over a Zoom call and help us from start to finish to set up our upsells and ensure they were firing.
He cares about customers and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of.

Incredible tool to dynamically upsell items, AND works in Recharge's checkout too. The setup is very easy/intuitive to use. For the more technical offers we wanted to test, their team is very helpful and communicative, we were testing out a very custom setup for some of our biggest holiday deals and they were available to assist us throughout the entire process, including weekends and late nights. Couldn't have done it without their great team. Shoutout to Dylan & Strauss!

The best app we use on Shopify! Rebuy has played a big part in helping drive up CVR and AOV. Also can't say enough about the Rebuy team. It's usually a struggle to have a productive live chat with support but Rebuy is always is super attentive, genuinely helpful, and technically sound. Wish we would have used the app sooner and can't recommend enough!

There are many apps out there that CLAIM to get you the most bang for your buck. Rebuy is the only one that has delivered for us. The installation is easy, the customizations are awesome, and their client support is top-notch. We paid the extra fees to have the widgets set up for us, and I can't tell you how amazing our experience was. If you are blessed enough to get Janet Gomez as your Merchant Success Manager, you will have the most effective answers, the quickest.
