This app has a lot to offer in terms of functionality, I had a few problems starting up but the team have been helpful and tried their best to help.

It's a good app but kind of hard to get into it and the only help is articles at most but if the articles don't solve your problem then you have a problem customer support is okay they need a little bit long for answering and mostly just send another article instead of really helping. But as I said, overall it's a good app after understanding it more. UPDATE: They reached out to me and explained why they answered so slowly and helped me to solve all my problems fast and competent, the app is still a little complicated at the beginning but with them helping everything goes well!

It is a fantastic app with excellent service, and we have seen an increase in the range of products being purchased. Every customer service agent I have dealt with from Rebuy has been proactive and quick, Lam who I have dealt with most recently has been incredibly helpful. The various upsells, post-purchase and recommendations all work well and encourage greater spending.

Worth it. So far so excellent. Support is A+. Installation was straightforward and there are a multitude of options offered for cross-sells and upsells. Look no further, these guys are moving in the right direction.
I'M BACK with a 5 month review -- This is essential in your app stack. Been using Rebuy for over 5 months now and not only have we substantially increased our AOV but the tools available allow for a high level of personalisation. The support is next level. I can’t speak positively enough about the team going above and beyond with any interaction I’ve had. Not just being nice - but being competent - massive win! Rebuy seems to continually put resources into building and creating a tool with even more capability for merchants. 6 on 5 stars for Tom & Gary. 100% would use again and again and again. We have increased our AOV and the volume of items added to our customer checkouts through Rebuy. It is easy to use and their customer service team is quick and effective! They have even done several customizations for us. I highly recommend this app!
