I've just started optimizing my journeys with Rebuy, which has been a great experience. The functionality and capabilities of this app are well thought out and allow me to condense a lot of my workflow into one app.
The support team and onboarding team is the highlight of this review. Dante was informative and highly knowledgeable. Jeffrey, through the chat app, took care of some fixes promptly. I highly recommend adding Rebuy to your arsenal.

Recently we had some issues with the Rebuy platform - an outage has happened. However, the Rebuy team is communicating with us and taking action. This is a solid approach and earns respect.

We have already seen an increase in AOV in a matter of a few weeks with Rebuy. We expect it to continue to rise as we enter our busy season. With the help of Aaron Dungca, I have been able to create reorder landing pages, post-purchase offers, AI & Smart Cart recommendations, and more. He has helped me make it a seamless process to upsell to customers and easier on the customer-facing end to find product recommendations! 10/10 would recommend.

So, I installed Rebuy and their customer service was so great. Strauss spent about an hour on the phone with me helping me set this up correctly because I can be technologically challenged. Then, I realized that it didn't integrate with Pagefly which caused me to kneejerk uninstall. BIG MISTAKE. I tried about 4 other apps for upsell/crosssell abilities and quickly discovered that this one is by far the best. Not only does it integrate nicely with my site, it also actually upsells. So I came crawling back and requested assistance again. They gently made fun of me and now I'm more happy than ever. Not integrating with pagefly actually turned out to be not a big deal at all since I only use it for a couple of things. This app is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and the team will spend time with you getting it going. That part is the most important as the other apps I tried couldn't be bothered with me. One took days to even respond with a brush off message. Thanks, Rebuy!
I love working with Max Trummer and I am very impressed with him! He always replies fast to my emails, helps me out on our monthly calls, and brings suggestions as well as solutions.
