By accident we noticed we had been paying for Rebuy for months, without even realizing we had approved these costs. We never logged into the app during that time. Pretty frustrating to see thousands of dollars wasted, since they charged based on order volume (we do about 5000 orders a month). Contacted Rebuy and Ian came back with a perfect solution, very happy with how it turned out. Will def start using Rebuy from now on.

Cannot review the app yet, since we didn't use it, but their support is great.

This app is 100% worth it! Rebuy is very user friendly and if you do have any questions their team is right there to help. Reza has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting some of these features set up on our site and even went the extra mile in helping us with additional dev work.

We've been on the hunt for an app to give our Shopify store that extra edge, and Rebuy's Smart Cart has been a game-changer for us. This app is great, we had some issues with app attributions coming through to our packing slips on Shipstation but the Rebuy team was on it and very helpful, unlike Shopify and Shipstation, they were very caring and made sure to help us figure everything out. 5-Stars on customer service, I love the smart cart and all the features, we definitely have ROI and that is always fantastic!

Rebuy has been a massive help with increasing our AOV after just installing smart cart. We've added a post purchase upsell and are excited to see how it performs. Recently, we had a theme issue outside of Rebuy's control - however Nam and our success manager Max went out of their way to resolve the issue at midnight eastern time. The overall experience has been great so far.
We had the app installed on one of the websites, implemented dynamic bundles and gift with purchase which went well and seen results straight away.

Since we started working with Monica Neal on the "7 weeks growth program" I feel like we have finally started to make the most out Rebuy Engine. Monica's been great leading the growth and keeping us updated with the new widgets. I'd also like to mention we had difficulties implementing the SmartCart due to our custom theme, the team was on it and helped us deliver an "on brand" customer experience without having to involve a 3rd party developer, mega helpful.
