Incredible product with many use cases that work out of the box, or paired with other features on Shopify to make magic. The team is top tier and our MSM, Dante, has been extremely helpful on providing best practices, pipeline updates, and general guidance w/ all things Rebuy and Shopify.

First off, the developers are on point! John fixed a weird problem I created with some top-rated customer service. The app is a must, it integrates with everything seamlessly and it's pretty easy to use. I've seen it work well so I'm super excited to be using it now. Get it - make your life easy!

Brilliant app, literally. We've been aware of Rebuy for a year and now got the opportunity to try it. One thing I would point out is that the conversion rate increased massively. We have a relatively small number of SKUs, but customization and ai-powered recommendations mean we can make the most out of what the checkout & cart page can offer. The app is easy to install, but the initial setup is a bit difficult. The great thing is, Rebuy has fantastic support and helps us establish the app from A to Z. I want to especially mention Nick who helped and still is helping us. Great product and great support. Plus, ReCharge integration. Highly recommend it to any merchant who wants to lift their conversion rate. The ROI is pretty decent.

Rebuy is a great app. It has allowed us to customize our checkout, cart and post purchase pages. They have a really good team dedicated to helping us use the application to grow our revenue. I would recommend this to any serious ecommerce DTC business.

We started with Rebuy in early 2021 when we had Strauss help us get it all set up. It’s been phenomenal for increasing AOV. Then, we did a major website update I needed Rebuy help! I got the help I needed for BFCM, and then I was lucky enough to get a call scheduled with Rich so I could learn all the NEW features Rebuy has built since early 2021 [because they have TONS OF NEW features]. Rebuy is a must-have for anyone looking to increase their AOV. There are numerous upsell/cross-sell features in the app that are all customizable based on your product, brand and customer demo. The support team is also A++. Dylan was a rock star helping us with the setup and continues to give us valuable feedback on how to optimize the app for driving higher upsells/cross-sells. We’re seeing an immediate uptick in AOV after launching the app. 100% recommend.

Rebuy is the most versatile upselling app I've ever tried and even more than we could custom build in house. Support is incredible, there are so many customization options and they really get what it takes to increase AOV while adding value to the customer.
