Sooo much appreciation for my Account Exec who brought me onboard and got me all set up, handling very specific styling requirements. This App paid itself 10 time over in just the first day of installation, just running post purchase widget. It's more efficient than zipify OCU app because of the rule based approach. Wished i found this app 3 years earlier. Excited to dive into the other widgets.

Difficult to use but has a really great feature set. Customer service is terrible for how in-depth the platform is. You can customize nearly anything, although the documentation is pretty weak, and good luck getting a problem resolved with support. Average response times are hours, and the average time to resolve an issue is days. I would not recommend relying on the platform being a core process in your stack.
