We’ve been using Rebuy for a while now, and frankly, the value just isn’t there anymore. For the price we’re paying, we expect a high level of responsiveness and technical assistance, but the customer support has been consistently unhelpful and slow to resolve issues.
In today’s market, there are too many modern, high-performing alternatives that offer similar (or better) features for a much more reasonable price point. We’ve reached the point where we can no longer justify the cost for a platform that doesn’t back its product with decent service. We’ll be migrating our store to a different solution shortly.

Fantastic! We increased sales using multiple functions of this app! They have great customer support and to be honest, the AI Agent is actually really good to help customize some of the functions! The team is always happy to jump on a call too! Last thing: the price is very affordable, especially for smaller business looking to test or try it for a while! It adds a lot of value for our brand!
