I just checked your case and it seems that soon after your review we've investigated your issue for you and found out that Recart was installed on your Shopify apps, but there was an issue during the installation which prevented us to be present on your store. However we fixed this for you back then and after it everything worked properly. :)
Great ap! So simple to setup. No down side to it as it doesn't force a customer to add their email. Heard a lot about this app, now let's see the money roll in.

I love how convenient Recart is for our customers... Rather than be notified through email, it is so much easier and better when we can reach them directly where they are most - Messenger.
I am still using the trial, but so far I've generated more revenue than what I had expected, it's brilliant! Great customer service love this app.
