It is simple to use. However, I haven't had any luck with sales yet to really gage it's value. Lack of sales is not because of this app though.

Its working amazing.. and helping me getting most of my abandoned cart . helping me like anything. great work .

Recently started using this and already got one abandoned cart recovered! For me that is huge. But what I loved is their customer service. There a lot of many well known apps, but I struggle a lot with the customer service, going back and forth to get proper replies to my question and therefore miss the ability to pick up a phone and talk. With Recart that has been just the opposite. Soma has personally answered my questions and Walter has just been amazing, taking all the time i need! So far I love... why not 5 stars yet? Well just started, and want to see the effects when using it for a few months in stretch. :)

Very effective approach incorporating facebook chat instead of ordinary email, as social media is growing! :)
