Recart is awesome, the FB messenger options are Gold. Messenger is the future, and Recart has it integrated. Great!

Not a stable App!

It keeps sending cart recovery messages to the customers even after purchasing which is very annoying and many of my customers reported.

This situation can only occur when a visitor leaves an abandoned cart on your store, and then places the order on a different device using a different email address.

We're constantly working on new ways of optimizing our tracking even further, so please don't hesitate to get back to us if you're still experiencing this so that we can make sure everything is in order.

I just downloaded the app again, Barbara went the extra mile and had the app fully reset for me as I was having issues with old coding showing up on my site. This successfully was cleared out and then Barbara walked me through step by step how to fully set up Recart. I hope to get many people signed up that will eventually lead to more conversions down the road. Thanks so much to Barbara! You are the BEST! Much appreciated.....
