10/10 This is a must-have app. I didn't know that all abandonment apps only captures checkout abandoners. (Check yours!) This one captures all cart abandoners, who didn't even reached the checkout. I literally doubled my sales from abandoned carts with this app.

This used to be a great app but my Facebook page disconnected (the success of this depends on it) I emailed days ago to 3 different support emails and 2 on the chat and not one reply. I am losing sales and will be searching for a better alternative. Beware. They take money but customer support has suddenly become non existent. Not happy.

I think that ghost monitoring app is a very good app because it captures all your abandoned cart and it saves a lot of time and money and I recommend this app for anyone to join the app it's well worth it and I'm very happy with it!!
