Giving 4 stars now as I'm still in the early stages of using Recart. So far, I really like it! The various options for collecting emails is fantastic, though I do hesitate with the "add to cart popup". As an online shopper myself, I'm not sure how mobile friendly that popup is, or how inclined I would personally be to fill it out jus to add an item to my cart. Since my I'm completely sold on it I have it turned off, but continue to play around with various aspects of the app.
I love recart. It helps me capture so many new sales and has helped me grow my business.
Great Apps to have it in your store! Minor point is the recovery email takes awhile to appear, overall is great!
Using Recart for email retargeting at the moment, so far so good, very easy to set up! Would recommend!

This app have a lot of possibilities. However, I still do not have extra sales.
Awful app; Our team paid 2 months, we had 150+ add to cart, but only 17 have been retargeted.
I contacted support since 1 month, they don't answer the question but talk about others things that are irrelevant to my problem.
Then I Tried to get refund, apparently 17 retargeting is worst the money

As per we discussed, the reason why Recart couldn't capture many abandoned carts on your store was because your subscription tools weren't properly optimised for your store. We even offered to jump on a quick call with you and help you set them up properly, and we were sad to see that you uninstalled Recart instead.
Please do let us know if you'd like to give Recart another try, we'd be more than happy to make sure all your subscription tools are optimised for your store. :)
