Just started testing Recart. Looks like it has tons of potential. There seem to be a few glitches though so hoping they'll fix that.

It's generating high open rates & high engagement and the audience will be very receptive.

Again, the only issue thus far is that we sent out an instant campaign and when someone responds with an actual reply, it doesn't send the promo.

It's a great app, I like how their features worked. Their customer service is excellent when they're online. They settled my issues almost immediately every time.

However there's a little improvement needed, I wish I can create flow and further my conversation with customers in messenger. Besides that when I open the app, I have to stare at the loading page, if not it will mostly fail and I have to reload it a few times.

Works like it says it does ! Really innovative way to engage customers besides using email, which most people struggle to keep in control of, and many times our marketing emails get lost in the pile.

Recart was excellent but now the messenger checkbox has to be default set to unchecked if you install the app after Oct. 5th 2017.

What a shame. This is not Recart's fault. Facebook has implemented this new policy.

However, this makes Recart only an excellent email capturing tool and the messenger re-capturing capability just went to "zero".

Installed this tool a few days ago and it already generated more re-sales than the shopify standard option does. Easy to install and easy to manage. You have to check this out.

Definitely one of the best abandon cart recovery app currently in the market. Just used the free trial for now and still getting a hang of things. But the support is very fast in helping their new aspiring clients and the app is very user friendly. Loving the FB integration the most. Would love to extend the trial further and eventually sign up for an upgrade! :)

This was a pretty good app during the trial. I really liked it. The data by the way is incomplete and there are many errors. While my trial was live this company apparently changed hands and the price more than doubled.
After much thought I decided to give it a try and pay for the app. I signed up. Nothing has happened. The app is not working. I'm paying but nothing. I see a few collected emails here and there, but nothing like before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing. Slow response by support to my inquiries. I'm going to have to cancel the service and request a refund or contact my credit card company for non-delivery. I am so disappointed. I was hoping that this would be a good thing.
