I am using this app to support with conversions. I haven't really seen any growth yet so I will have to wait to give more feedback. The customer service from Chris was excellent.

We love the features the app offers however their customer service could use some work. It takes far to long for a problem to be solved within their app. After our current issue was solved I have no issues with them.

We are slowly seeing some people click on them, but not sure if it is to close it or not. We haven't seen any sales from it yet.

It good and it works but its showing sales from my physical POS machine that are not for sale online! Hence, empty notifications would come up and bring my consumers to a page not found.. there's no way to change this except to manually exclude one product at a time..

Cant target specific collections, you have to manually target each product you want to apply these functions too. When you have 500+ products, that's not economical.

Me gusto lo fácil que resulto instalarla y configurarla. Sin embargo, en ocasiones no se muestran de manera correcta los pop up en mi página.

This is something beyond the scope of our app. You need to place URL redirect in Shopify admin panel or check with Shopify support to redirect shop.myshopify.com to yourdomain.com in order to sort this out.
