Im having a problem adding different sale pop ups on my site I have emailed you guys hopefully you can help out ... if so this app is 5 out of 5 stars

We appreciate that you consider the app is 5 out of 5. Under the compliance with Shopify policies, our app displays the sale pop ups only for the original orders received on your store. That being said, custom popups cannot be added by the users.

didn't like that the countdown & stock timer doesn't appear on my stores website eventho they are turned on. Other than that great app.

Thank you for the feedback. We see that products listed on your store actually opens on a different domain shop so our app won't work on the stores other than yours. Our support team has also contacted you for more details.

Cant target specific collections, you have to manually target each product you want to apply these functions too. When you have 500+ products, that's not economical.

The app is ok and friendly. BUT we don't have a option to choose the size of the Popup on the Desktop and Mobile. For Mobile it's too big. And there is not a Portuguese Popup option. That's why I'm giving just 3 stars.

The sales pop up repeat themselves which is a little annoying. Plus the count down clock is a bit buggy. It doesn't show up straight away after saving the settings. But it does work so I have to give it some credit

Well, with default settings the app shows latest sales notifications first on every page of your store but you can definitely display notifications in random order by using the available option.

Similarly, Countdown time works according to UTC time so you might have to wait from few minutes to few hours (depending upon your timezone) to see it on your store.
