This is definitely the best upsell/cross sell app. You can easily customize your recommendations which a lot of the apps you can't do. The interface is super easy and intuitive. The customer service is amazing. They helped customize the look of the widget for me, and even pointed out an issue with my website on some web browsers unrelated to their app so I could report it to Shopify.

Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about if the set up would be difficult but it was so simple. Just a few clicks of what setting you would like for your store, what design you would like for the widgets and that's it!

Hasti checked for me that everything was running well in my store. I asked Vishal for some advice for what widgets work best and he was so helpful. He even said he would install a custom widget for my product page!

The customer service is beyond 5 stars and I have really high hopes the app will help my store.

The app is great, with its simple and clean widgets and have a lot of features to offer. From a functional standpoint, I have no complaints. However, customer service response times were quite long, though to their credit, they did eventually resolve my issue. Given that it was Christmas, I'm hoping this was a one-time occurrence.
