Wiser Product Recommendations

At the suggestion of a well respected graphic designer, I loaded the Wiser app to my Shopify store website. I subscribed to Wiser for the additional features for my webpages. During my preliminary process of learning the app, I reached out to the Wiser support team. I had several questions, regarding the Wiser dashboard. So, I contacted their support via live chat. I have to say their technical support engineer Hasti responded almost immediately. She walked me each process step by step. My chat what Hasti helped me understand how to navigate the Wiser subscribed functions. Hasti went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were addressed. I would highly recommend Wiser based on the app benefits. And their excellent support team mainly Hasti.

Wiser is an indispensable tool for any Shopify store. The inclusion of product recommendations on each page significantly contributes to the upsell factor, which in turn translates to increased sales. I have yet to fully take advantage of the app but it has been generating additional sales in first 45 days and will generate more once fully customized. I've been using Shopify for 5 years and the support team at WIZER has been the most impressive support experience I've received from any developer / app I've ever used - of which there are MANY. I fully recommend this APP. It is the best in its category, the most complete and with the most functionalities to show and sell products intelligently with good technology. We are very grateful to the entire support team, they answer questions very quickly and always show the best disposition to help even with integrations and configurations that require programming. Ovviamente il piano gratuito non ha tutte le funzioni ma anche a metà l'applicazione fa quello che deve e per ogni problema l'assistenza è molto rapida
