Wiser Product Recommendations

Wiser has been great for our website. The set up and optimization can be a bit confusing sometimes but the support the app offers is great and they are very quick to respond to any questions as well as make suggestions!

Amazing customer service. I had a few issues with the app fitting my theme but their customer service team responded right away and fixed everything right up to my specifications. Would highly recommend.

I would only add more personalization to the criteria on the recommendation of products.

I tried Wiser after trying a similar app that didn't work well, and I'm very happy with Wiser. Wiser is very user friendly and had options for automated related products as well as manual. When I had a small problem, the help desk responded very quickly and sorted out the problem quickly. I recommend this app :-)

優れている点としては、管理画面が非常にわかりやすく英語でも問題なく使用できます。
また、他のアプリとは違い、コードスニペットを手動で入れ込まなくても良いので非開発者の方でも簡単に使用できると思います。
サポートも英語のみですが、チャットを送って数分で対応してくれました。
