At first its a little hard to understand but once you get the grip on it, is really good. Would recommend for simple designs and small stores.

The most amazing customers service by Hasti today she got me set up and running in less that half an hour with no pressure to upgrade. I am going to try the FREE version out for a bit and then see about upgrading. With that kind of support I probably will upgrade.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Wiser. I recently switched from to Wiser from Rebuy, which is a highly regarded app in the community. I find Wiser to be much more polished and more user friendly on the back-end. After installation, a member of Wiser's support team proactively reached out to me with suggestions based on best practices and also implemented several small tweaks to get the perfect look and feel on our site. No regrets! I highly recommend.

App is amazing it has many types of recommendation widgets. Support is quick and responsive answered all my questions and also helped me in custom integrations.

Great stuff and for me the algorythm shows for example the correct product recommendations.
The teams helps immediately and proactively for the setup.

It's ok for a few basic functions but still needs quite a bit of work on usability and flexibility. It would be better if the display of the products was more responsive to screen and number of products.

For example, if I use a recently viewed widget, but I've only viewed one product, then it will show one product on the left and a large ugly white space for 3 more products.

I can't set up a set of recommended products to show across the site (not below a specific product).

This app is essential. It really helps with helping customers find the suitable products for them. Parth was very helpful in getting my account setup. Overall, awesome app.

I deleted this app (don't need it now, but it has very good functions). On a nice Sunday morning I deleted the codes too, but got some error messages on my store front. I sent a message to the support team and 10 minutes later (on SUNDAY) I receive an answer of Kemi. Kemi solved the problem AND found another error from another app (and solved that too). Best support experience for someone that is not a customer. Thanks for the help Kemi.
