We have used the Wiser App for five years and it has been a steady, reliable part of our store. It is easy to work with, even without much technical background, and the support team has been helpful when we have needed guidance. It continues to be a useful tool in our ecommerce setup. We have struggled to get it to work intuitively with Shopify B2B catalogs but otherwise it has been great!
We had some issues and the app didn't load on the backend. Some minor tweaks and the issue was fixed. I appreciate the good customer service!
I do find it takes an hour after a customer places an order when there's an upsell option and we can't fulfill the order until that time passes. It was disrupting our order process flow. I've disabled this feature, and it seems to be working smoothly again.

Very good app with plenty of valuable features. Wish the cart drawer upsell didn't require a manual code and was also available in the free version instead of a paid subscription. Despite that, the free plan under 50 orders per month is very reasonable. Overall a must-have for any store.

We started using Wiser a few months ago to replace our manual frequently bought together recommendations and it has been great. From what I can tell the AI-based recommendations work very well. The two potential downsides is I want more out-of-the-box customizability without the need for a developer and I would like to hide products from being displayed if the AI recommendation is chosen. Wiser did help us with the customization a lot but it would have been good to do it on our own.

I would only add more personalization to the criteria on the recommendation of products.
Found it difficult to get going but had great support from Hasti and Krishma who helped guide me and get everything setup and working.
