Fair priced, works well, previous app cost a little less but only allowed 1 row of recommendations. Using Wiser with 3 rows we increased app driven revenue around 25-35% over the previous app. Support is prompt and were able to custom code a few changes for us within a day or two of contacting them. Recommended.

The app is great, with its simple and clean widgets and have a lot of features to offer. From a functional standpoint, I have no complaints. However, customer service response times were quite long, though to their credit, they did eventually resolve my issue. Given that it was Christmas, I'm hoping this was a one-time occurrence.
I had some questions about configuring the design settings, which I didn't fully understand, so I reached out via chat. The customer support I received was exceptional. It was the most satisfying support experience I've ever had.
