Wiser ‑Product Recommendations

I tried to use Shopifys own product 'Search and Discovery'. I couldn't get on with it at all and searched for a replacement. This worked straight out of the box. A Simple toggle switch and I had the Recommended pictures and 'click' now button working directly below my product page using AI to automate the photos. Only used for a few days, so still experimenting, but all looks really good so far.
Clearly they are also working really hard on customer service, with the offer to install widget for you, give phone advice and to guide you through all procedures.
Can't ask for anything more.

Excellent app that works exactly as advertised. Not all of them on Shopify do. Their support is also excellent. They jump in and help you very quickly and ensure you get it set up and it is doing what you want and putting in front of your users what you want them to see. Look and feel is easy to adjust to makes it consistent with your site. There are also a lot of options for you, which is very nice. I can highly recommend this app.

Adding Wiser to our store had an immediate effect on our performance. Their widgets work perfectly and we're seeing great results in the last few months since we started working with them. The level of customisation allows us to make all the changes we need and if there's something extra that we require, customer support is always available and quick to help us. Highly recommended app and support team! We run a small store and have been working on a redesign and needed a good app that could handle cross-sells, up-sells both on the item detail pages as well as in cart and post sale. Wiser does it all. We wanted to have the AI functionality in addition to being able to manually control option suggestions on products. The Wiser team was a great help in getting everything set up, working with our developer and with me to set everything up and do a bulk upload for all options on all products.

Well in the last 24 hours i have tried around 20 different apps none of them were user friendly or fulfilled my needs. Not only was this user friendly but they quick to respond and delivered my customization in less than 20 mins of downloading the app. This company do not ask you to write a review BEFORE you have tried their product. Unlike many others!
