We've been using Wiser for about 5 years now and it's been one of the most reliable apps in our stack. The recommendation engine works well and the team is constantly rolling out improvements. It's one of those apps that just keeps getting better over time.

What really sets Wiser apart is the support. Amit, Karishma, and the rest of the team are incredibly responsive. Whenever we've needed help with configuration, customizations, or troubleshooting, they've been quick to jump in and get things sorted. They genuinely care about making sure the app works well for your specific use case, not just pointing you to a help doc.

If you're looking for a solid upsell and cross-sell solution, I'd highly recommend giving Wiser a look. The product is great, and the people behind it are even better.
