The app didn't work for us. It has a bug that messed up quite a lot of our Xero accounting, which will now need to be manually fixed. Customer service takes days to reply and was unable to resolve the issue despite several emails.
I'm so sorry you didn't have a great experience -- the issue you experienced was related to a recent upgrade and it has since been resolved.
I reached out privately with a solution to void any mistakenly sent invoices on your behalf.
We've recently onboarding a support team with several members being available on previously off-times. You'll find our response time has sharply declined, and we'd love for you to give us another chance soon!

Amazing product and service! Tried a few Xero and Shopify sync apps and this one was by far the best, saved me hours. I needed assistance backdating payouts and Neo was so helpful - made everything a breeze:)

Absolutely terrible service. We had requested a trial and the app wouldn't even load. I spoke to support at their end and was told it was a Shopify issue. Then Shopify reviewed and it was found to be on this apps end. By this stage the 14 day trial had ended and I was yet to even be able to access the app. I was charged $990 USD for an app I can't even use. I wrote to support again asking for them to please refund and asked if we could start a trial next month as there was no point now as my finance person who would be using the app is on leave. I was then told by support that because we didn't have "time" to use the app during the trial we would have been charged. So now I'm $990 down for an app I don't even know if it works because I can't even use it. I have requested a full refund and am awaiting to hear back from them. Not feeling super confident after the past two weeks of communication. Be very aware.
When I was syncing all the previous orders last month, there are some errors that I encountered. So I reach out to the customer support contact via chat. They're quick to respond very helpful. Keep up the good work. I really appreciate their immediate response to help us. Thank you so much!

Really good app, certainly the most stable and cost effective for pulling data through to Xero. Team are really quick to respond and provide great help when it is needed.

Eyal has been amazing to deal with, extremely responsive to app improvement suggestions and it works smoothly. He added in the due date feed from Shopify to Xero for me and also an option to use billing customer instead of billing person in Xero.

I use Shopify for online sales and Point of Sale and used to dread the Shopify aspect of my quarterly VAT (tax) return. Have now been using this app since April, and am saving hours, possibly days, of manual input each month. 100% recommended! Customer support has also been fast and friendly. Great app and the best we have used after testing a few different options. It has dramatically reduced the time it takes to reconcile Shopify payments on our Shopify stores while being accurate and easy to understand. The customer service team is great as well.

After many failed attempts with other apps, this one is the best when it came to setting up and connecting to my Xero account. Works seamlessly with the Shopify store and Xero. save time, stress and money with this app when it comes to reconciling lot's of small transaction :) Highly recommend

Really enjoy the simplicity of Reconcile.ly. I tried a few other apps for Xero integration but none had as smooth a setup process and exactly what I needed, which was a simple and reliable integration. I've also been impressed by the alerting - where there is an amount if cannot reconcile, it proactively let's you know and guides you through resolving any mismatch, which was very useful and helped improved our data quality!
It now just does it's magic in the background saving hours of work each week. Would definitely recommend for simple and reliable Xero integration.

We use this app to help reconcile our Shopify payments coming into XERO and it works brilliantly! I would 100% recommend to everyone. This app allows me to focus on growing my business and not worry about these little niggly things!

This App helps me block specific POS card transactions from Shopify so that it does not generate an invoice in Xero which has saved so much time when reconciling. Support is amazing!! Thanks Jack you are a Star :)
