Great app, so efficient and easy to set up. Eyal has been amazing to work with also. Created a custom override to assist with our reconciliation process between Xero and Shopify. Reconciliation has never been easier because of this.
Thank you so much for this glowing review. It wad a pleasure to release that feature for you. Thanks again for your product feedback! I owe the improvement to you!
Always there for you so never hesitate to reach out. All the best and happy holidays!

Not sure what happened here but I'm on the 100 orders per month plan yet it stopped working from 18 November-30 November. I would have expected an alert or something that I had reached my limit (I hadn't) but didn't know it hadn't worked until 30 November. Now waiting for a response to fix this.
Hi! Sorry you ran into this. This is actually a Xero-related issue as your Xero account has a limit for how many invoices you can create, and you ran into that limit -- thus we could not send invoices on your behalf.
We should have made that error message more verbose, and that's now clearly saying "You have reached the limit of invoices you can approve ON XERO."
The fix for this is quite simple: your Xero account can be upgraded so you can create more invoices, or we can simply send these invoices for you at the beginning of next month.
Sorry you ran into this issue, and I hope you'll reconsider your review as this is not an issue of the product, but more so a limitation of the Xero account connected to it.
We're also available to give you live support over chat if you ever run into a problem. I encourage you to reach out there anytime you need anything. We're here to help and are committed to your success. :)
Eyal has been amazing to deal with, extremely responsive to app improvement suggestions and it works smoothly. He added in the due date feed from Shopify to Xero for me and also an option to use billing customer instead of billing person in Xero.
It was a pleasure to help out, and thank you so much for your product feedback as well as this awesome review. We're always on the lookout for great new features to add, and yours were no exception!
Have an amazing day!
