I was stuck and spinning my wheels at 1:30am trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and so I reached out to chat. Ashley got on and was super helpful! I had several questions and they were able to get me back on track. Every suggestion was so wonderful and I wouldn't have been able to figure it out on my own. The best part...not only did they tell me how to fix it with detailed messages and screenshots, but they also fixed everything for me. It was wonderful and such a stress reliever! So far, so good. I have just started to use this app. I will have to review it again in a couple of weeks to see how happy I am. The installation is really easy and I set up my first template quite quickly. I got a minor issue at some point, got in touch with the support team and they got back to me very quickly. Like I said so far, so good. I hope this will make a difference with my sales.
This is a second review after a couple of months of using the app. It works really well. I've had no issues at all. It's super easy to set up and I had no issues with app itself. Great app!!

I have been incredibly impressed with the functionality of the application, but even more so the customer service. I originally incorrectly built a template (my fault) and reached out to ReConvert via chat for help in fixing the template. Alex stepped me through everything to do and offered a series of additional suggestions, then actually made all of the edits for me. So happy with the service, thanks again!

We are happy with the app! It is very easy to set up and with guides, we are using the app for just under a year and so far we generated good few unexpected NEW orders and customers. A big plus is their Fab support team, 24/7 and very responsive. They fixed any template flow issues and conditions of how offers worked. Definitely worth having this app if you want to increase your sales!
