Quick to help. Great customer service. Love using this app. If I find something to be tricky they clarify it right away. Very user friendly.

I've used many post-purchase apps before and can't recommend this particular one enough. It's Ahhh-mazing! Lots of widgets that are very easy to customize, and you can segment as much as you want (for example first time customers see a different page than a returning customer, which is a game-changer). It also integrates directly with many other apps I care about such as Klaviyo (collects birthdays and I can send out a birthday email flow through Klaviyo automatically). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. and the support team is always there and very knowledgeable. I don't get "generic" canned responses. I usually get an ACTUAL real person who can help and is very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a very well thought out and conceived app designed to do one thing, help you sell more to your customers post-purchase. We all know retaining an existing customer is easier than finding new customers and this app can really help with that.

Most importantly it does what it says. I installed this app last week and am already seeing a few customers taking advantage of the post-purchase upset offers.

Pros:
- Professional looking design
- Lots of customization options for products & discounts to offer
- Very nice analytics feature
- Fantastic customer support.

Cons:
- None to speak of.

Neutral:
- Because there are so many customizations it can take a while to explore all the options and configure everything. It is worth the effort as you can do it once and forget about it... or change offers each month/quarter if you like.

Having been a user of One Click Upsell with a previous brand that I sold, I am so thrilled with how much easier (and much, much cheaper) ReConvert is for my new brand! The setup was so simple, and the support is incredible. Here I am on a Sunday morning and Erik was right there to help me out. I have already made several upsells and I am sure with some fine tuning and testing I will make many more. The best part about this compared to One Click Upsell is that it doesn't break Shopify's native checkout process and works seamlessly with everything.

I recently downloaded this app to help my drive up more sales. I literally just installed it so I can't say if this helps or not, but I do want to say that their customer service is superb. Anton was the rep that worked with me and he made setting up the app so easy. He took care of everything and was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you!

The app is easy to understand and set up, even when creating manual options for add ons and upsells. The customer service was immediately responsive, even on a Sunday morning.

I love this app oh BTW they have the best customer service ever. Ashley helped me i was struggling to use some of the features and he helped me set it up. Very impressed
