Awesome customer service, shoutout to Vladimir. This app is great and I think every store should have this set up. This gives your customer a chance to interact with your site and make another purchase instead of just leaving your site after checkout. Also if they come back to check on their order they get offers too. Thank you sooo much.

It only took 5 minutes to set up - needed some help and alex answered via chat immediately, helped me out and just made the experience perfect. The page now looks perfect and I will update my review in two months after seeing results! But honestly, I think this app was an amazing investment! Love the support!

Just finished the settings. It seems good. I had language issue but they reply to me quickly to explain there is no problem, it will be automatic. Thank you so much ! I will come back to give another review for the results.

Excellent app- genuinely giving us sales uplift and Customer Support is excellent -just had Ashley for example not only help us out on a glitsch but saved us bags of admin time offering to make the changes for us too-big thanks! a godsend to busy SME's!

Their customer support is AMAZING. Not only did they solve my issue within an hour (which wasn't even an issue, it was my fault, user error!) but they were so patient with me and even took the time to send video recordings of what they were seeing on their end to help me understand. Great team & great app! I got an upsell order on the very first order after I installed it!
