Just installed now and I can only speak about their customer service since I'm still setting it up on my site. The response to my question came back super quick, it was very helpful!

I haven't been using it long but I have set up a template for my thank you/order confirmation page. I love the options this app provides to add additional selling opps to improve my conversions. I also had to reach out to their support team, it ended up being a user error but the rep (Inna) was not only helpful but very patient as she helped to walk through what I though was an issue. I'm looking forward to using the app more and seeing how it will help my conversions (fingers-crossed:-) !

I'm not going to lie, I was super confused initially, but the help team is amazing! They have answered all of my questions with images to help me understand the widgets. I am actually moving items that have been sitting!

I'm new to the app, so far is has been great!, Lee-Ann in customer service is was amazing, she answer all my questions and fixed what need it to be fix on my funnel, not to mention how fast she replied. Me being in US is very important that I can count with customer service in US Time.
