ReConvertir UpSell y CrossSell

Looks promising, haven't used it as of yet. Here's hoping for success!

This is my second time using ReConvert for Thank You Page. It is very easy to set up and user friendly. It'd be better to have a specific page to add to the website for Tracking Orders.

We are just getting into using the app, but already quite impressed. Setup is fairly straight forward, but the customer service is extremely impressive. Not that we expect support on a weekend, however, E-Commerce businesses are 24/7. Not only did we receive support on a Saturday, we got detailed instructions, tips and advice on how to achieve our desired outcome. Highly recommend.

ReConvert is an awesome app. I really appreciate their customer service. I used their online chat and Vladimir was very helpful. He walked me through a few issues I was having. He was super knowledgeable and got everything resolved within minutes. I have had a few apps that have zero customer service. ReConvert has been very good about customer service. Definitely a big strength of their company. Thanks Vladimir for all of your help.

I have been really blown away by the Reconvert app. They were the first Shopify app to allow custom Thank You pages for different products. This is a neat feature in addition to their focus on getting an upsell after the 1st purchase with Thank you page changes. Support was also very helpful for getting our initial workflow setup. It is meh. It doesn't work with personalized products because you can't direct shoppers to the product page... and if you do NOT direct them to the product page you'll spend your time contacting customers manually 1 by 1 to get their customization details. The product comments do not sync to Shopify or Klaviyo. And the birthday form is pre-populated with today's date, so more than half of the 100+ submission I received were with the current date, making this feature pretty much useless also.

The app adds a lot of value, and for the most part, I am very happy with it.

However recently I have not been able to edit the thank you pages. The first time I contacted support they solved the issue within the day, 1 week later the same issue happened again. I reached out to support and it has been 7 days with no updates, and I am unable to make the changes I need to optimize and generate more revenue.

Thia app is crazy good for a better check out. I recommend it to everyone especially if your serious about your store!
