So far, very easy to use and already have seen results. People really do interact with it and some take advantage of it. It offers more than just discounts. It can collect info like "why did you buy this" and people's birthdays for marketing. The customer service has been excellent as well. I'm using the free version so far and as my store scales with this, paying for it is a no brainer.
Also, Alex helped me adjust my store not to collect shipping within a few seconds. Awesome customer service. Lots of apps don't have 24/7 customer service.

I just installed it and so far it seems very easy to set up and use. Each section has it's own explanation video. It also provides various options to change the look. I also used the chat button and got a response pretty soon.

Just had a nice chat session with Anton who has been very patient and supportive of our new store build, and first time using ReConvert. In other cases studies using this he says, "We built it in a way that makes sure the ROI on the app is always positive, most stores have an ROI of 400-2000% on ReConvert!" That's a BOLD BIG statement and I can see why--- as a post-purchase, the customer is already sold (literally) on the purchase and are already hot/warm leads. Today is day 1 of use, and too soon to say anything about it thus far, but support has been very helpful and knowledgeable in giving constructive criticism and immediate actionable feedback. Thanks!

Downloaded a week ago and already made a few upsell orders. Nice thing is other apps were slowing the process of checking out so upselling at the thank you page seems to be converting a lot better (customers already purchased).
