Hoping that once we have fully tested the app and have more experience under our belts that I'll be able to update this with a 5th star. Ashley helped me first and was able to help us set up our first funnel the correct way (this part is not intuitive and the demo we had left out a very important part about needing to create a default funnel that shows upsell overs on top of your manual funnel if you don't want the manual offer to show up for every purchase regardless of what you set the trigger up to be).

My second experience with customer service was today with Lee-Ann and if the rating was only for customer service I would give it 6 stars. She has been incredibly helpful with answering my questions and walking me through things. I have appreciated her support.

overall good experience, just wondering how long will the pending on hold order last? As some clients when offered the upsell offer the on hold order may take quite a long time.

Wir haben gestern die App installiert. Wir sind gespannt ob uns die App hilft. Der Support ist super von Anastasia war echt super. Wir hoffen das uns die App hilft. Es ist sehr schade das man den Checkout nicht einrichten kann wenn man kein ShopifPlus hat. Sehr schade

Great app with amazing quick support. A tad expensive, though. Would be better if it integrated with more fulfillment apps.

We almost loss 25% for each orders. You may usggest us but not set as deafult for better result.

Amazing app and great support! Only downside for me is that the funnels are not showing to all customers but reconvert does everything to make you more profitable!
