ReConvert Upsell 업셀 & 크로스셀 OCU

I found out about Reconvert today and I needed help clarifying so many things! I went onto live chat and spoke to Alex and he was AMAZING! He helped me understand every little detail and I am so happy with his customer service. He made the process so easy. I may have asked a few things twice but he was so patient with me. I really appreciated that. The app itself is amazing! What a wonderful idea and I cannot wait to get the ball rolling!

Not shopify plus,the use of functionality is very restricted,whether or not the orders traded through this app are charged a monthly basic service fee,compared to other apps of the same type of upsell to be a lot more expensive,do not recommend!

Super easy to use and the integrated youtube videos that show you how to do everything really help!! Support is great as well.

This app makes me surprised! I can accept quick response from supporter. I can customize some content easily.

I've tried a few apps for post-purchase upsells, and they all left me wanting. ReConvert's Upsell & Cross Sell, on the other hand, has so much amazing functionality, I can't imagine it NOT working for everyone out there. Yes, that means it has a learning curve, but thankfully their tech support more than makes up for it. Alex helped me out, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park with quick answers and instructions to get me squared away almost immediately. I don't have any friends that have Shopify stores, but if I ever do find any, I'll recommend this app to them. Thanks, ReConvert team!

The setup is quite simple and the possibilities for settings are numerous. My problem is that I can't style the app via CSS. Certain titles and fields have the wrong colours or sizes and this cannot be overridden via theme.css.liquid. Support was already overwhelmed with this (pretty basic) request.

As with any new app theres new things to learn, luckily I got quick and superb help from Alex at ReConvert. Now let's see if this app can make us some extra dollars.
