I’ve been using ReConvert for about three years, and while I initially had concerns—especially after changes to the thank-you pages impacted some features—I have to say the support team really came through. After reaching out again, they were super responsive, helped me resolve the issues, and even restored key features like surveys that I thought were gone for good.

The app is back to working smoothly, and I’m already seeing value again. It's clear they’re committed to keeping the app updated and their customers happy.

Great app. It has alot of functions you can customize each option. They also have really good customer service. Riya gave me great service and answered my questions. She even offered to get on a call with me and walk me through the steps to fix my funnels.

I was looking for an upsell app and I came across ReConvert and signed up after reading the reviews. I tried some options/settings but I was not making a lot of headway so I decided to chat with your Customer Care. I chatted with Shafta who was very patient. She explained how ReConvert works. She encouraged me to make a test order and try it out. It was much easier to understand after I did that. she also sent screenshots to better explain what she was telling me. A few weeks after, I came back a second time to ask some questions and she helped out again. I was initially just going to try ReConvert for a week but I think I will retain the app mostly thanks to Shafta. I hope your other Customer Care people are like Shafta, would really make a world of difference in the user's experience. I give her 5 *****

Hi, I was having difficulty with the recent update. I contacted support through chat and spoke with Ashley. She was fast, professional and helped me figure out the problem like MAGIC! Thank you so much for providing the help. Your product is working well for ARISE and it makes it so much easier when the support team member, and Ashley is a perfect example, is friendly and super helpful-awesome!

Alex from the support team was phenomenal! He was able to help us resolve the issue with non working funnel, he took patience and detailed approach with multiple testing to figure out where was the bug. he stayed for over 30min after his shift to make sure this gets resolved (a team of 3 people tried to resolve that in the past unsuccessfully - but Alex managed to do it all by himself). Very grateful and now fingers crossed I can make more sales in the last 3 days of this year :))) wish me luck!

The support team is fast and helpfull. The app's features are truly useful. Being able to suggest products at the checkout page was exactly what we are looking for. I'm sure it will play a big role in increasing revenue and conversions

Disappointing. Not one upsell after a month trial, AND they charged me 7.99 despite the fact that I was less than a day notifying them that I decided not to use the app after no sales.‍♂️‍♂️ Such a disappointment.

Additionally, it was annoying and difficult to install❌

Overall Verdict: ZERO upsells after 1 month when I make half a dozen a week using a different app that works well but is hella expensive.

Sadly, Can't recommend this app, the customer service or their policies. My experience was negative from day 1 to now.
