Je viens tout juste d'installer l'app, donc je n'ai pas encore d'avis sur son efficacité, en revanche je peux déjà dire que l'installation est très facile, et le service client au top !
Je viens de terminer un chat avec Saumya, qui m'a expliqué très clairement comment changer la langue des widgets (qui sont par défaut en anglais), et qui m'a donné une réponse rapide, courtoise et très professionnelle.

ho avuto la necessità di contattare il servizio clienti reconvert, mi ha assistito Alex, che dire, è stato collegato al mio account per mezz'ora, mi ha aiutato a configurare il tutto e ottimizzare al meglio le impostazioni postvendita. questa applicazione la consiglio al 100%, aiuta molto nelle vendite ma soprattutto a creare fiducia nel cliente.
